When placing orders, you will notice that your email is retained. This personal information is only collected for future interactions and the dispersal of promotions. Your personal information will not be sold to other entities or used for any other purpose.
Return Policy
All returns must be managed between SC Vet Hobbies and the buyer. Returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. If after 7 days, returns for refund are considered invalid. The cost of shipping returns will be handled by the purchaser. If a refund is requested, pictures will need to be provided to SC Vet Hobbies showing the state in which the item was received and will be returned.
